All website prices are in EURO including VAT. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The availability of products can be immediate or not. In the latter case, the order will be processed within 7 working days if the product is still on the market. KM Soltec will endeavour to communicate product availability by phone or email.
Payment and shipping
Payments on our website can be made by bank transfer, credit card or paypal. Any other method of payment must be arranged with our team.
Shipments are made within 24 / 48 (max) hours after receipt of payment for in-stock items. For any further details regarding shipping, please visit our Shipping section.
Order cancellation
Orders are binding and can only be cancelled if the goods have not been shipped by written notice to be sent by email or by telephone. For already processed orders, customers must exercise their Right of Withdrawal.
